Himster was just a hamster on a wheel. Ordinary. No lore. No name worth repeating. Then his owner left a Hims pill out. He took it. He became him.

The name is the joke and the plot. Hims plus hamster equals Himster. The pill did exactly what the brand promised. Just too literally. The wheel still spins. The identity does not.
